Meet The Team

Matt is the founder and managing partner of Lumerity Capital. His professional career includes over two decades of experience related to the TMT industry and real estate private equity. Prior to launching Lumerity Capital, Matt established an unparalleled track record as an investment banker focused on the digital infrastructure industry. Matt led the execution of several benchmark transactions, including one of the industry’s largest M&A deals, assisted numerous entrepreneurs to successfully attract financial / strategic partners and advised large communications companies to develop and implement strategies in digital infrastructure. During his tenure with RBC Capital Markets and Daniels & Associates, he co-led coverage of the digital infrastructure industry and consummated transactions totaling in excess of $4 billion.
Prior to his experience in investment banking, Matt worked for AEW Capital, a leading real estate investment management firm based in Boston that invests capital on behalf of large institutional investors. At AEW, Matt’s responsibilities included the evaluation and execution of new investments and the management of a portfolio of investments.
Matt received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Arts in Economics / Business (cum laude) from UCLA.

Joshua joined Lumerity Capital in 2025 as a Vice President. He previously served as an investor at Hennessy Capital Group, an alternative investment manager focused on real estate, industrials, and infrastructure. Prior to that, he founded Abbott Richardson Consulting, providing sourcing, due diligence, and execution support to institutional capital providers and M&A advisory firms, including Thayer Street Partners and Noble Rock Advisors.
Earlier in his career, Joshua was an associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where he also served as a Board Observer at Abzena and Quickbase. He began his career in M&A investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Joshua earned his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
